-If you have made at least 1 piece to completion (handbuilding, first firing, glazing, second firing, and then you took home your pot) then you are a VETERAN!
-If you have not yet completed this full cycle, or are brand spanking new, please join us at our NEWBIE class!
(If you aren’t sure, or want to come with a friend who is in a different group, please shoot me a message & we’ll figure it out)

This course is suitable to beginners who have tried out the wheel and are wanting to dive deeper, or those who are brand new.
Along with learning to throw different forms we will cover all the basics of potting: from recycling clay to glazes and kilns. There are two sessions to choose from (afternoons 2-5 pm OR evenings 6-9 pm) which run weekly every Monday from Oct 28 - Dec 2, 2024, at the River Art Centre in Florenceville. This course is lead by local potter Jenna Ross.

This course is suitable to beginners who have tried out the wheel and are wanting to dive deeper, or those who are brand new.
Along with learning to throw different forms we will cover all the basics of potting: from recycling clay to glazes and kilns. There are two sessions to choose from (afternoons 2-5 pm OR evenings 6-9 pm) which run weekly every Monday from Oct 28 - Dec 2, 2024, at the River Art Centre in Florenceville. This course is lead by local potter Jenna Ross.
Registration happens through the McCain Art Gallery, by phone (506) 392-6769, registration opens on Oct. 8th. Payment confirms your spot and any cancellations less than 2 weeks before the class are not eligible for refunds.

-If you have made at least 1 piece to completion (handbuilding, first firing, glazing, second firing, and then you took home your pot) then you are a VETERAN!
-If you have not yet completed this full cycle, or are brand spanking new, please join us at our NEWBIE class!
(If you aren’t sure, or want to come with a friend who is in a different group, please shoot me a message & we’ll figure it out)
